Lemon Honey Rosemary Shrub
Crafted in conjunction with local Seattle distillers, our Distillery Partnership Series lets us play with fruits not normally sourceable in the greater Washington State area. For this shrub, we've blended tangy lemons, sweet honey and herbaceous rosemary in this Springtime shrub. Add to sparkling water for a refreshing non-alcoholic treat. Or, break out the booze and make cocktails. This pairs amazingly well with both gin and rye whiskey.
