Mulled Cranberry Shrub
Pleasently tart and brimming with seasonal cinnamon, clove, alspice and ornage peel, this shrub tastes like every good holiday memory (and cranberry chutney). We keep this one on the tart side, because cranberries shouldn't be overly sweet, and pair it with the most delicious Cabernet Sauvignon wine vinegar. Add to sparkling water for a refreshing non-alcoholic treat. Or, break out the booze and make cocktails. We love this with vodka and all manner of aged spirits. Espcially Rye Whiskey.
